Unitized System CW BLUE WALL INTERACTIVE

DESCRIPTION

Double skin façades in modules and glass frames

This system results from the combination of two concepts: windows with thermal break and naturally ventilated façades. The hallmark of the system is the use of two shutters on every glazed panel, both opening inward. When closed these shutters create an “air chamber” between them and let the ventilation process start. The latter is generated by the displacement of warm and cold air through the openings at the base and on the sides of the glazed panels.

The integrated adjustable blind inside the chamber allows, when the sun shines, the transformation of the sun rays from long wave to short wave; conversely, when the sun is not shining, this system guarantees maximum brightness. The opening of the internal shutter allows the normal recirculation of air, while the opening of the external shutter allows cleaning it from the inside.
