Work in progress in Bolzano - Trentino Alto Adige - for the renovation of a building called Baulücke, situated in the historic center, part of the WaltherPark complex.
For this project, curated by the Architecture Studio Area 17, attention to energy saving and modern and elegant design will be of fundamental importance.
In order to fulfill the requirements of the 'CasaClima A Nature' class, 4000 m2 of high-performance Blue Wall series façades by Bluesteel srl will be installed, with triple glazing for an average thermal transmission of less than 1.0 W / m2K.
For the aesthetic aspect, it was instead chosen to characterize the glass with a particular Ceramic Fritted Glass with vertical lines.
